- Bring water to a boil. Dissolve the salt and sugar, then add the peppercorns and bay leaves.
Allow the marinade to cool, then add the coarsely chopped garlic. The marinade is now ready. - Submerge the product in the marinade and leave to marinate for 12 to 24 hours.
- This very easy-to-prepare universal marinade is perfect for marinating chicken, turkey, pork, or fish. Prepare a sufficient amount of marinade to fully cover the meat or fish being marinated and place it in a cool environment for 12 to 24 hours. After marinating, remove the product and pat dry thoroughly.
