- Rub the chicken wings with the “Original BBQ RUB” spice mix and let them rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
- Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for indirect cooking: light the charcoal, place the stainless steel grill grate, and wait until the temperature rises to 180°C.
- Close the top and bottom air vents to maintain an even temperature. Cook the chicken wings for approximately 30–40 minutes. During or after cooking, brush the wings with Wings Sauce.
- Sprinkle the wings with chopped parsley. They pair perfectly with your favourite julienned vegetables and a side of Blue Cheese dipping sauce.
