- Prepare the Kamado BONO grill for direct cooking: light the charcoal, place the stainless steel grill grate, and wait until the temperature reaches 180°C. Adjust the upper and lower air vents to maintain an even temperature.
- Beat the eggs with sugar, then add the curd cheese. Mix the baking soda with vinegar and add it to the mixture. Gradually add the flour and mix everything well. Shape into small balls.
- Place the Grand Feu pot into the grill, add oil, and heat thoroughly. Fry the doughnuts for about 6–8 minutes. Once cooked, dust with powdered sugar.
